By his own standards I hope this means he will be resigning from his position at the Guardian forthwith?

You can take the 16 year old boy out of WHO, but you can’t take WHO out of the 16 year old boy.

Herons are coming home to roost.

Shame about his decision to become a social justice warrior, because back when he had some balls he was capable of some good stuff. That tweet about Lampard is fantastic.

Respect to Jacob Steinberg and Dan Levene for their dedication and tireless work in unwittingly exposing this scurrilous communist plot in the media... by their own admission.

Oh dear! Jacob seems to have locked his Twitter account.

Has he produced an article yet demanding this disgraceful person be driven from the game?
Or is he from the Lady Brady School of Hypocrisy?

It looks like Steinberg’s skeletons have come out of the closet.

Some of his old posts have surfaced where he has wished cancer on Graham Poll, wished a career ending injury on Lampard and mocked the death of Matthew Harding.

The truth always outs in the end.

Alfie/Norm... that's where I'm at... the club at moment in it's current guise feels a bit like the family member that has been caught with his hands in the family business till.... you still love them... but you'll never trust them again...

Agree morm.
For as long as I can remember out club has been run by chancers who have been on the take(my old fella says the same and he's 77).Our current lot are only interested in one thing,we all know what that is.
The only thing we can really be proud of is our support and loads of my lot from old have now been priced out and that was before we moved(£60 odd to watch us play a decent side at Upton Park).
The game we once knew and loved up and down the country affordable to the masses has long gone.
I still go but more for the camaraderie amoungst old mates and the thought of my kids not following a family tradition that's goes back four generations.
I'm glad I'm old enough to remember the good old days, the atmosphere and watching the likes of Devonshire,Brooking and Bonds ply their trade.

Re: Nik Tucker resigns from WHU supporters board
we've always had wanker owners..no question.

the Cearns were like sloths...did fuck all proactive ..and had MANY opportunities to make us so much better...not interested....but back then it was different..owners had it easy really.

we have had some great..great players over the yrs ...who at some poin wanted to move on..not because they wanted too..but because the club had no intention of ambition.

Terrence Brown
i bumped into him around 5yrs ago on the south bank..disarmed me with his manners..which were exemplary.

he gave me a different angle...and i see it... especially in regard to Redknapp.. but my thoughts on his tenure overall are damning...he is a genuine supporter though..no question...which just makes it all the more bizzare.

these cunts at the helm now are pond life..if Karren and Tucker swap over...she would be finished

The club and the culture i knew is no longer there. Once it belonged to the people whohad grown up round and about, their kids and those who had dispersed far and wide - it was passed down, only seemed to be of interest to those in that category. It was ours.

Now it is a commodity, its been chored, it is used to generate revenue, make dough, part of a corporation. A business plan.make a journalism career out of by being clever with words and hugging the house politics.

I was lucky enough to go west ham when it was still handed down and a personal, family and community thing. I saw the last days of that. I only still follow because its a link to the past for me. But a proper genuine thing has gone. We are tourists now to what it was - to that community.

skeletons in cupboards?
and Mr Tucker has found out sharply that the vipers will dig as deep as necessary.
meanwhile.. Karren carries on regardless....she could be tucked up like Tucker...difference is..she is insured

make no mistake people...these three are the worst thing that has ever happened to the club you love

Anyone who thought this latest re incarnation of the SAB was going to be anything other than a tick box exercise by the club in order to fulfil its obligations under PL rules is lacking a bit of grey matter.
